A relaxing bath every 3 to 4 weeks is perfect. The golden rule? Always dry them completely. Damp curls can turn into stubborn mats in just a few hours.

✂️ Trimming Schedule

Schedule a professional grooming session every 6 to 8 weeks. In between visits, keep the hair around their eyes and paw pads neatly trimmed for comfort and hygiene.

🍵 Matcha's Real-Life Grooming Journey

How do we handle this with Matcha? When he was a puppy, we went with the default medium-long fluffy coat. However, every dog has a unique personality, and it turns out Matcha really dislikes being brushed. To keep things stress-free, we eventually asked the groomer to give him a short summer cut. It was the best decision—keeping his hair short has actually improved his daily quality of life and made him so much happier!
